Syntac Control

Your marketing department, built into your website.

Update your website, email your customers, build campaigns, and publish to social media from one private command centre. It already knows your business. Nothing publishes without your approval.

Most business websites are frozen brochures.

Changing a sentence means emailing a developer and waiting three days. The mailing list sits in a tool nobody has logged into since the person who set it up left. Social happens when someone remembers. The marketing that would actually grow the business is always the thing that gets postponed, because doing it means opening five accounts and finding two hours you do not have.

So you are left with two bad options. Hire a marketing coordinator at forty thousand a year, or keep paying an agency to move slowly on your behalf. Syntac Control is the third one: the marketing department lives inside your own website, it already knows your services and your voice, and it works at the speed of you describing what you want.

One instruction. An entire campaign.

This is the dashboard, behind a password, on the owner’s own site. Press the button and watch what one sentence produces.

Command centre

What would you like your business to do?

We have six openings next Tuesday and Wednesday. Fill them. Email past clients who haven't booked since spring, post to Instagram and Facebook, and put a notice on the homepage.

Demonstration with sample data for a fictional clinic. Nothing here sends. Your command centre runs on your business, your list, and your brand.

Rather just watch? The same session, start to finish, in 76 seconds.

Things owners actually type

You do not learn software. You describe the outcome.

  • Add our new Saturday hours to the site and tell everyone on the list.
  • Write this month's newsletter about the new practitioner and schedule it for Thursday.
  • We have six openings next week. Fill them.
  • Put a winter tune-up offer on the homepage and run it on Facebook for two weeks.
  • Update the pricing page, then email the clients it affects.
  • Turn last week's blog post into three social posts.

How it works

Three steps, every time.

  1. 01

    You describe the outcome

In your own words, the way you would say it to a staff member. Not a template, not a form, not a ticket to your web developer.

  2. 02

    It drafts the whole campaign

The website change, the email, the social posts, and the schedule, all at once, using your services, your voice, your offers, and only the claims you have approved.

  3. 03

    You approve, then it goes

Review each piece, edit anything, approve what you want. Nothing reaches a customer until you say so, and anything published can be put back the way it was.

The part that matters

Nothing reaches a customer without you.

An AI with your website, your mailing list, and your social accounts is either the most useful thing you own or the most dangerous. The difference is entirely in the controls.

Preview before anything is public

Every website change shows you a before and after. Every email can be test-sent to yourself first. Every social post is previewed the way it will actually appear.

Approval is not optional

Drafting and publishing are separate actions on purpose. The system cannot send, post, or publish as a side effect of writing something.

One click puts it back

Published a change you regret? Roll it back to the previous version. The old copy is kept, not overwritten.

It refuses to invent

It will not make up a price, a date, a testimonial, a credential, or a claim about results. When something is uncertain it says so and asks you to confirm.

Every action is on the record

Who changed what, when, what it said before, and who approved it. Useful when you are busy. Essential if you are regulated.

The list is handled properly

Unsubscribes are enforced automatically, suppressed contacts are never emailed again, and every send carries the identification Canadian law requires.

Who it is for

Owner-operated businesses with something to say and nobody to say it.

It fits best where there is a real customer list, a service worth several hundred dollars or more, and one person who can approve a campaign. If you already have a marketing team, you do not need this.

  • Clinics and allied health

    Counselling, physiotherapy, dental, chiropractic

  • Professional practices

    Law, accounting, financial advice

  • Home and commercial services

    Trades, mechanical, restoration, landscaping

  • Real estate teams

    Brokerages and individual teams

  • Consultants and trainers

    Coaching, corporate training, advisory

What it costs

Less than a marketing coordinator. Considerably.

Implementation is a one-time build. The monthly covers hosting, backups, security, updates, and your usage. Canadian dollars.

Founding cohort · five seats

$5,000 build, then $397 a month, locked for two years.

Ask about a seat

The first five clients get the lowest price we will ever offer and a rate that cannot rise for two years. In exchange we ask for real feedback while we build, permission to tell your story, and two introductions to people you think it would help.

Monthly does not include unlimited copywriting, design work, campaign management, or custom development. Advertising spend and unusually heavy usage are billed through. All of that is written plainly in the agreement before you sign anything.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask first.

Do I own the website?

Yes. It is your domain, your content, and your customer list. If you ever leave, you leave with the site and the data, and we help you move it.

What can the AI actually change?

The parts of the site we set up as editable: headlines and copy, hours, contact details, team profiles, services, offers, FAQs, blog posts, homepage banners, campaign pages, and page titles. It cannot touch the code, rebuild your layout, or install anything. That boundary is deliberate.

Can it post or send without me?

No. Drafting and publishing are separate operations in the system itself, not a setting you have to remember to leave switched on. Nothing goes to a customer without your approval.

What if it writes something wrong?

You will see it before anyone else does, because you approve every item. It also refuses to invent prices, dates, credentials, or claims about results, and flags anything it is unsure of rather than guessing. For regulated professions we load the claims you are not permitted to make, and it will not write them.

I already have a website I like. Do I have to replace it?

Not necessarily. Ask us about Control: Email, which puts the command centre and the email engine behind the site you already have, and upgrades later if you want the rest.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting, backups, security, maintenance, updates, and your usage allowance. It does not cover unlimited copywriting, design work, us running your campaigns for you, or custom development. That line is written plainly in the agreement, not buried in it.

How long does it take to build?

Once we have your materials, a typical Syntac Control build is a matter of weeks, not months. The slowest part is usually waiting on content and access, which is why we send you one checklist instead of twenty emails.

See it running on a business like yours.

Twenty minutes, no slides. We open the command centre, you give it an instruction from your own business, and you watch what comes back. If it is not obviously useful in that call, it never will be.
